Rental Terms and Conditions - Passion Marine

Thank you for choosing Passion Marine for the rental of dinghies, boats and scooters. Before proceeding with your booking, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

  1. Booking and Payment:

    • The reservation is confirmed only upon full payment of the rental cost.
    • Payment can be made in cash or by credit/debit card.
    • The following documents are required for rental: identity card, health card and driving license required by the regulations in force for the rented unit. All documents presented must be valid and original.

  2. Security Deposit:

    • The security deposit may vary depending on the rental unit
    • A security deposit is required when picking up the boat or scooter.
    • The security deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period, following verification of the integrity of the rented unit.
    • The security deposit will not be refunded if there is damage to the rental unit or if the reservation is not canceled and notified within 48 hours of the rental date.

  3. Responsible Use:

    • For the rental of boats without a license, a minimum experience in nautical driving is appreciated. Otherwise, one of our operators will show you the correct use of the unit
    • You are responsible for the safe and responsible use of the rental unit during the entire rental period.
    • It is prohibited to use the rental unit for activities that are illegal or do not comply with local laws.

  4. Insurance:

    • The rented unit is covered by an insurance policy that covers damage caused by third parties.
    • You are responsible for any damage caused to the rental unit during the rental period.

  5. Delay and Return:

    • It is your responsibility to return your rental unit within the agreed upon time.
    • Any delays will result in an additional penalty.

  6. Cancellation and Modifications:

    • Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
    • Any changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

  7. Safety and Equipment:

    • The use of safety devices supplied with the rental unit is mandatory.
    • You are responsible for following all marine safety regulations when using the rental unit.

  8. Major force:

    • Passion Marine will not be responsible for any delays or problems caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as adverse weather conditions or natural events.

  9. Applicable law:

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the state/province of GODINO GROUP SRL - VIA ERNESTO PASCAL 38 - NAPLES NA 80144 - VAT number 09244771219.

  10. Acceptance of Terms:

    • Reservation of the rental unit constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions described above.
